Lifestart is based on the principles that:
- Parents are their child’s first teacher
and carer. - Birth to five years are the most important
years for physical, social, emotional,
creative and intellectual development - The majority of children’s development
takes place in the home.
Lifestart provides a community education programme, which empowers parents to make informed and relevant decisions about their child’s holistic development. Lifestart is community based and develops all sectors of the community and is open to all parents.
